1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using STS Companion ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. About the App

STS Companion is a mobile application that supports the study of the weekly "Search the Scriptures" outlines as developed by the Deeper Christian Life Ministry. The App provides study tools including lesson content, audio narration, Bible versions, commentary, notes, and interactive features.

3. Subscription

• STS Companion offers a premium subscription at £2 per month with a 14-day free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Play Store settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Study progress, notes, and answers you create are stored in association with your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for personal Bible study purposes. You may not:

• Redistribute, copy, or commercially exploit the App's content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the App's functionality
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

The "Search the Scriptures" lesson outlines are the property of Deeper Christian Life Ministry. Bible translations are in the public domain (KJV, ASV, WEB, YLT). Matthew Henry's Commentary is in the public domain. The App's design, code, and original content are the property of STS Companion.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any loss of data, though we take reasonable measures to protect it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STS Companion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
